Run Coaching

Our run coaching program is customized to fit different levels and needs. The workouts, the coaching and ways of communication are tailored to fit each persons needs and ambition.

We offer coaching for runners of all levels. Both for specific running events and for more long term run training.

Previously we have also tailor made programs for other endurance sports, like cross country skiing or cycling.

Within our run program we have three main options on how we setup the coaching:

Scheduling only approach at 150RM / 12 weeks program

We offer 12, 24, 36 weeks programs for 5km, 10km, HM and FM. We can also tailor make programs for other goals, distances, and for trail running. We offer programs for different ambitions, for example for the Full Marathon (FM): sub 3hrs, sub 3:30hrs, sub 4hrs, 4+hrs, or finish your first FM.

For the pure scheduling program there isn’t almost any coach feedback included, and you’ll also need your own Training Peaks account to view the schedules.

The price is 150rm per 12 weeks.

Generic approach at 175RM / Month

With monthly training programs for a specific event or as a general training schedule.

This is a way of coaching with limited personal access for feedback and questions. This option is available for a range of abilities from beginners to more advance athletes.

Specialized coaching at 300RM / Month

The more personal approach with 3-4 weeks adaptive schedules that is more personalized to each individuals background, goals and ambitions. This way of coaching costs a bit more but gives more access to our coaches and a more personalized training program. This option is open to all abilities and ambitions.
