We are going to have a run clinic in the TTDI-park on Saturday January 21st. All levels, all runners welcome.
It will be roughly 90 minutes and focus on great running stride and great running posture. Bring work-out clothes, running shoes and a water bottle.

- TTDI Park (meet next to the outdoor gym near the park entrance/car park)
- 50 RM/person for non-clients of TJ Coaching
- Free of Charge for clients of TJ Coaching
- By sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by latest Friday 20th at noon.
- Main-set including technique, drills and sprints.
- Cool-down including stretching and tips.
